Job summary

The role focuses on coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, and ensuring timely project completion in line with USACE EM 385-1-1 standards. Candidates should bring extensive fueling systems experience and proven leadership ability.

Qualifications

• Five years of aviation fueling system maintenance, repair, and construction.
• At least two years on DoD fuels projects.
• OSHA 30-hour Safety Course.
• USACE QCM Course certification.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle background check.

Responsibilities

• Work with project managers to coordinate subcontractors, vendors and field assignments.
• Maintain clear communication with project team, clients and subcontractors on status and changes.
• Oversee material procurement, equipment maintenance and resource allocation for timely completion.
• Develop proactive relationships with team members, vendors and management.
• Monitor field execution status with Project Manager and leadership.
