SES Energy Services LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent/Safety Officer to join our Fuels Business Line for projects primarily with USACE/NAVFAC. The role requires managing site safety, quality control, and overall project supervision across multiple military installations across the US.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in construction with at least 5 years as a superintendent, OSHA 30, EM385 1-1, and experience with fueling systems. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in construction with last 5 years as superintendent
• Experience with fueling systems/mechanical projects preferred
• Federal construction experience (AFCEC, NAVFAC, USACE, or Coast Guard) preferred
• Ability to obtain security clearances and pass background checks
• OSHA 30 hour certification
• Proficiency with Procore, RMS, and Kahua

Responsabilités

• Oversee safety management, inspections, and training on site
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate with project team
• Review preconstruction safety submittals and APPs
• Manage sub-contractor safety and health compliance
• Maintain safety logs, incident reports, and OSHA 300 forms
• Support project scheduling and RFIs, ensuring on-time progress
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings with sub-contractors
• Assist PM with look-ahead schedules and project administration
