Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager, Fueling Systems to ensure reliability, uptime, and cost efficiency across ~600 fueling stations. You’ll lead preventive maintenance, manage ~150 vendors, and serve as the subject matter expert for fueling equipment.

Responsibilities include overseeing warranty, budget control, capital projects, and cross‑functional coordination with IT, Construction, and Environmental departments. Travel is minimal; remote position with standard hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience in fuel systems, facility maintenance, or petroleum equipment operations.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and contractors across geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an open work order book and aging tickets with a focus on sales impact.
• Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance programs and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide technical support for fueling systems and diagnose equipment issues using remote monitoring platforms.
• Review invoices, contracts, and cost proposals to control expenditure and ensure accuracy.
