Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager - FSP to join our client’s team in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery in a sponsor-vendor environment, ensuring timelines, costs, quality, and compliance.

You will serve as a key point of contact across cross-functional stakeholders, balance financial stewardship with operational execution, and drive risk management and process improvements in clinical development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
• 8+ years of project management experience, including CRO and vendor oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact across cross-functional stakeholders, balancing financial stewardship with operational execution. This position also plays an important role in risk management, issue resolution, and process improvement in support of clinical development activities.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $130,000 – $171,000 annually
