Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Program Lead, FSP Operations to guide cross-functional clinical operations programs within Parexel's FSP organization. You will ensure high-quality, cost-efficient services while maintaining regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with regional leaders and line managers to optimize program performance, drive scalable solutions, and manage budgets, forecasting, and billing processes to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with professional experience.
• 5+ years of FSP clinical operations leadership in a CRO.
• 3+ years of line management experience.
• Experience with FSP resourcing, billing, and financial tracking.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and trial frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall success of FSP programs with quality service and compliance.
• Provide strategic direction on financial performance and margins.
• Manage budgets, resources, and cost management for FSP programs.
• Develop scalable workforce infrastructure to support program execution.
