Job summary

OpenTrain is seeking a contract Frontend UI Engineer to design, build, and polish accessible interfaces for next-generation AI training systems. You will translate product needs into responsive, cross-device UI solutions while collaborating with product, design, and backend teams.

You will work in a fully remote, distributed environment, applying modern frontend practices and contributing to UI quality, performance, and consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UI design principles and frontend development methodologies.
• Extensive experience with React, Vue, Angular, or comparable modern frontend frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Careful attention to detail, pixel-level execution, and empathy for end users.
