As a remote contractor, you will analyze frontend challenges, create design docs, review design systems, and evaluate accessibility. Strong writing and clear technical rationale are essential to explain decisions and trade‑offs to the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product design, UX, UI or frontend engineering.
• Strong documentation and analytical writing skills.
• Experience with Figma, design systems, accessibility, and modern frontend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
• Create and review design docs, research reports, RFCs, and ADRs.
• Evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
• Analyze trade-offs, constraints, and user impact.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
