Job summary

Wingman Group PTY LTD is seeking a highly capable receptionist contractor who can deliver exceptional service over the phone and in written communication. You will handle a high volume of inquiries, direct calls, and manage emails with autonomy in a remote, fast-paced environment.

You must be confident, articulate, and engaging, with strong organisation and time management. Experience with Linkus and PropertyMe is a plus, and you will have the flexibility to work remotely across time zones.

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills—this is essential.
• Excellent phone manner and the ability to make clients feel heard and supported.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, without needing constant direction.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct a high volume of calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Handle client enquiries efficiently and use sound judgement to resolve issues.
• Record accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage emails and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.
