Job summary

InMotion Wellness Studio is seeking an organized front desk team member to schedule appointments via phone calls and text messaging. You will be the first contact for new members seeking sessions and information about our services.

As a remote role, you will handle outbound calls, greet members, tour onboarding, and guide new clients through intake forms while maintaining a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
• Passion for improving health through exercise and stretching.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments over the telephone. On average, there will be ~75 outbound phone calls to prospects and members of our studio.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests and assist with intake form completion.
• Greet and welcome members and schedule their next appointment.
