InMotion Wellness Studio is seeking an outgoing front desk team member to schedule appointments by phone and text. You will be the first contact for new members and inquiries, ensuring a warm, professional welcome.

This remote position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, and a chance to be part of a fast-growing studio focused on assisted stretching and recovery therapy. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Schedule appointments over the phone and via text. On average, ~75 outbound calls to prospects and members.

Job Summary

InMotion Wellness Studio is looking for an outgoing, organized front desk team member to help schedule appointments via phone calls and text messaging. This team member will be the first point of contact for new members scheduling sessions and inquiring about the services we offer.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (1 hour lunch break)
• Friday: 8:30 am to 12 pm
• Saturday and Sunday if needed

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments over the telephone. On average, there will be ~75 outbound phone calls to prospects and members of our studio.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests and assist with intake form completion.
• Greet and welcome members and schedule their next appointment.

This is a remote position.
