Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post‑baccalaureate graduate students must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
• Student‑coordinator appointments based on experience; generally a year or more in front desk position.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and routes them to the appropriate department/staff.
• Assists with filing and tracking using paper and electronic systems.
• Runs errands to other buildings/departments.
• Assists with data entry.
• Answers phones, emails, and routes inquiries to staff.
• Refers students to other campus and community resources.
• Assists with logistics for meetings, outreach, and events.
• Contributes to marketing materials and social‑media connections.
• Schedules appointments and responds to inquiries using StanTutor.
• Monitors and assists with questions.
