Job summary

CSU Stanislaus in Turlock, CA is seeking multiple temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant positions in Campus Recreation starting on or after September 1, 2026 and ending by June 1, 2027. This role offers an opportunity to gain campus-wide experience and requires a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, and late shifts.

Qualifications

• Undergrad students must be enrolled in at least 6 Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students must be enrolled in at least 4 Fall/Spring units.
• Preferred: current First Aid & CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants and check in to the facility, ensuring waiver policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Distribute information and assist with program registrations.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and equipment checkout.
• Handle daily paperwork such as shift, incident, and accident reports.
• Respond as First Responder if needed and provide first aid.
• Enforce policies and provide friendly service.
