Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or production planning.
• Strong expertise in supply chain optimization and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, APS, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand forecasting and supply planning across multiple business units.
• Lead the regional S&OP process to ensure alignment between demand and supply.
• Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs.
• Identify and implement process automation and improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to improve alignment.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
