Job summary

The Grants Manager at Housing Assistance Corporation leads HAC's grant funding strategy, coordinating foundation, corporate, and government opportunities to advance HAC's mission from prospect research to final reporting.

You will work cross-functionally with the CEO, program and finance staff to develop compelling funding requests, manage the full grant lifecycle, ensure compliance, and expand HAC's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three to five years of direct experience in grant writing and grant management.
• Demonstrated success securing grants from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
• Experience working within a nonprofit organization, public agency, educational institution, or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the grants research and prospect development activities.
• Coordinate pre-award and post-award grant activities across departments.
• Prepare and submit grant reports, reimbursement requests, and performance updates.
• Monitor grant performance and compliance requirements throughout the grant lifecycle.
• Support growth of HAC's grant portfolio by increasing the number and quality of submissions.
