Welo Data is seeking an Expert Rater to support and guide fellow raters, ensuring high-quality annotations and unbiased outcomes. You will analyze datasets, craft client communications, and collaborate with R&D and clients to align with quality benchmarks.

The role emphasizes coaching, strategic questioning, and facilitating knowledge transfer within a global AI data services context. Remote-friendly freelance engagement with potential full-time extension.

Qualifications

• English B2 for oral and written comprehension is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Raters in skill development with best practices for accurate and consistent ratings.
• Ensure annotation and gold set creation adhere to templates and lead to unbiased outcomes.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns and use KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
• Use strategic questioning to gather information and improve understanding.
• Create client-specific written materials (emails, questions, feedback).
• Facilitate information using documentation and clear communication strategies for client objectives.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on experiments to enhance client data.
• Work with clients and CEM to conduct test rounds and understand quality benchmarks.
• Conduct evaluations independently to sustain and improve proficiency.
