Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a Project Coordinator for its eCOA team. You will work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate study activities from startup through closeout, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and coordination of study documentation, logistics, and reporting, with remote work flexibility and modern office spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers throughout planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout of eCOA studies.
• Coordinate study database setup activities, project documentation, and deliverables.
• Maintain organized study documentation and project records throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate device and equipment distribution, tracking, and study logistics.
• Create, maintain, and distribute project reports and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings and track action items through completion.
• Assist with documentation and database updates for scope changes.
• Assist with project financial activities, including invoice reconciliation and forecasting reports.
• Monitor milestones and timelines to meet commitments.
• Document and track project issues and customer escalations and follow-ups.
