Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of information technology experience
• Prior experience in a Tier II support role
• 1 year hands-on experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker
• Ability to meet DoD 8570 IAT II requirements (Security+ or higher)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for the service desk for applications and requests
• Administer Windows systems with DSC and GPO, and manage software bundles
• Oversee Kubernetes clusters in a private-cloud setting and respond to incidents
• Deploy and maintain software using AWS Cloud Services ensuring reliability
• Collaborate with Cyber Security and Engineering teams to optimize cloud solutions
