Job summary

Corporate One Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into technology solutions. The role is based in Columbus, OH, with preferred Jacksonville area candidates and remote options in select states. Salary range: $108,000 to $116,000 annually.

You’ll partner with product owners, gather requirements, create user stories, and support Agile ceremonies to deliver valuable solutions for members and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Business Analysis or Product Development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software solutions delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements and documenting business processes.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable Agile work management tool.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives, roadmaps, and needs into actionable requirements and backlog items.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to understand processes and opportunities.
• Develop clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Refine and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with owners and delivery teams.
• Analyze requirements for completeness, feasibility, consistency, and alignment with standards.
• Document workflows, processes, system requirements, and designs using diagrams and maps.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint events.
• Track and manage requirements throughout project lifecycle and communicate changes.
• Prepare reports, recommendations, and solution alternatives to address challenges.
