Mizrahi Kroub LLP is seeking a capable paralegal in New York to support attorneys on complex plaintiff-side litigation, including employment and ADA matters. You will draft documents, manage caseloads, and coordinate discovery under attorney supervision.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software such as Lexis Nexis and Litify. Friday remote options and a robust benefits package are provided.

Formación

• 1–3 years paralegal experience required or similar.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Document Drafting and Review: Draft and review discovery requests/responses and other filings.
• Case Management: Organize case files, track deadlines, coordinate with clients.
• Discovery Support: Lead the discovery process, gather and analyze documents.
• Research: Conduct basic online research to support cases.
• Client Communication: Update clients on case progress and gather information.
• Project Management: Propose improvements and create new organizational systems.
