Job summary

RTB House, a leading ad-tech company, is seeking an Account Manager in France. You will manage direct client relationships, tailor retargeting strategies, and collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to maximize campaign performance.

You will interact with clients in French and English, attend meetings, and drive onboarding and ongoing success. Hybrid Paris-based role with international exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing online advertising campaigns in client-facing roles within ad-tech or e-commerce, focused on performance marketing and RTB.
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with analytics tools and DSPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent client communication.
• University degree in marketing, business, engineering or communications.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in retargeting technologies and RTB House products and tailor them to clients' needs.
• Provide dedicated account management to direct clients in France, handling inquiries professionally.
• Create retargeting strategies across industries based on data analysis and expertise.
• Consult and educate clients to ensure customer success and launch campaigns.
• Negotiate campaign terms and process orders with clients.
• Produce client reports and analyze data to optimize performance; identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain regular client communications, including face-to-face meetings, with Sales and Technical Account Management.
