Touchstonejobs is seeking a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a remote, work-from-home role handling pizza orders by phone and delivering friendly service in French and English.

You'll start at Level 1 – Order Taking and progress through Levels 2–4 with greater responsibilities, focusing on accuracy, customer satisfaction, and service excellence while staying updated on menu changes and promotions.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls promptly, primarily serving French-speaking customers.
• Process pizza orders by telephone and enter details into the ordering portal.
• Capture special requests and upsell opportunities accurately.
• Communicate with Franchise Stores and client team supervisors to support order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Provide customers with information on menu items, promotions, payment options, and delivery/pickup times.
• Respond to questions and service issues in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in order entry and customer communication.
• Stay updated on menu changes, pricing, promotions, and service guidelines.
• Follow company policies and procedures in handling customer interactions and orders.
