Job summary

CXG is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of CXG Learn and to deliver hands-on design work inside our learning‑authoring platform. The role emphasizes a premium, mobile‑first approach and a willingness to learn new tools such as Autrice.

You will design module templates, path identities, and visual libraries, collaborating with marketing and learning teams to create scalable, consistent content for luxury brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating design systems or learning/e-learning work.
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
• Experience with premium or luxury brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine learning-module templates inside the authoring platform.
• Create distinct visual identities for learning paths within CXG Learn.
• Build reusable visual libraries and icon sets for various product categories.
• Revamp modules to be premium, mobile‑first, and scalable.
• Collaborate with marketing and learning teams, iterating on feedback.
