Signifyd is seeking a Risk Intelligence Manager to lead a team of fraud analysts, translating complex risk signals into scalable strategies. You will partner with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to improve detection while protecting merchants and customers.

You will coach the team, build best practices, and communicate risk decisions effectively to stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. This role emphasizes leadership and analytical judgment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management, including coaching and performance management, with a track record of building an effective team.
• 5+ years in ecommerce, payments, fraud prevention, or risk management, including fraud investigations and emerging-threat response.
• Advanced analytical judgment balancing fraud losses, customer experience, and risk-taking.
• Experience building operational standards, playbooks, and workflows to improve team performance.
• Effective communication skills presenting to technical, business, and customer audiences.
• Solid cross-functional experience partnering with data science, customer success, product, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and performance-manage a team of fraud analysts, addressing skill gaps and guiding complex investigations.
• Own and improve standards, playbooks, and tools for incident response, case review, merchant onboarding, decision transparency, and rule design.
• Turn investigative findings into clear recommendations for business and customer outcomes across teams.
• Partner with Risk leadership, Data Science, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to close capability gaps and turn fraud patterns into durable signals and model improvements.
• Support customer conversations as a fraud subject-matter expert and coach analysts to communicate insights clearly.
