Job summary

First Citizens is seeking a Fraud Analyst to analyze transactions across multiple payment channels and detect high-risk or fraudulent activity. You will investigate, communicate findings, and coordinate with clients, associates, and bank contacts to mitigate losses.

The role is remote but hired only in Raleigh, Phoenix or Jacksonville; requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of bank policies and systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Branch Operations, Bank Fraud Prevention, or Teller roles.
• High school diploma with 6+ years in Branch Operations, Bank Fraud Prevention, or Teller roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactions across payment channels to identify high risk situations and fraudulent activity.
• Investigate potential fraud, risk, or internal control breakdowns identified by analysis and stop further loss.
• Serve as a point of contact for associates or clients to discuss and resolve fraudulent activity and protect accounts.
• Track metrics based on analysis and case information for reporting and convey emerging trends.
