Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. seeks an energetic Fraud Analytics & Loss Prevention Manager to lead the bank's fraud program and strategy. The role focuses on preventing losses, overseeing investigations, and guiding fraud controls across the organization.

You will partner with senior management to mitigate fraud risk, ensure Sar reviews where warranted, and drive improvements in detection, prevention, and reporting through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 10+ years fraud investigation experience.
• At least 5 years of management or leadership in bank fraud prevention.
• Professional certification such as CFE, ACAMS, or CAFP preferred.
• Experience with fraud monitoring systems and data analytics.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, SAR reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fraud monitoring, alert reviews, case investigations, and resolutions.
• Develop controls and strategies to reduce fraud exposure and losses.
• Analyze fraud data, loss trends, and emerging threats.
• Coordinate recovery efforts to maximize recoveries.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and law enforcement.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policy requirements.
• Lead fraud awareness and training programs.
• Direct and coach fraud personnel.
• Evaluate processes to improve effectiveness and customer protection.
• Stay current with fraud trends and best practices.
• Provide guidance to management on fraud risks.
