The candidate will drive fraud controls, collaborate with multiple teams, and stay ahead of emerging threats, ensuring strong protection for customers and the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Finance, Business Admin, Accounting, Risk Management, or 10+ years fraud experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management/leadership in bank fraud prevention or risk management functions.
• Professional certifications such as CFE/ACAMS/CAFP preferred.
• Experience with fraud investigations and identifying fraud trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fraud monitoring activities, alert reviews, case investigations, and resolution efforts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain fraud controls, procedures, and strategies to reduce exposure and losses.
• Analyze fraud data, loss trends, and emerging threats to identify risks and guide decisions.
• Manage recovery strategies and coordinate efforts to maximize recoveries.
• Collaborate with operations, customer-facing, and support teams to identify vulnerabilities and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and SAR reporting requirements.
