Job summary

Empower Brands is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the execution of our franchise system's operational strategy. You will align with strategic goals, drive EBITDA targets, and build the infrastructure and talent needed for sustainable growth across the Empower Brands network.

The role focuses on franchisee coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining brand standards while expanding national coverage and regional capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in franchise, multi-unit, or home service operations.
• Proven ability to drive business performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and KPI-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing performance across a distributed network.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and align brand objectives with Empower Brands’ goals.
• Lead the system-wide operational activities and evolve policies and service offerings.
• Coach and mentor franchisees to improve performance, unit growth, and profitability.
• Own achievement of annual budget and EBITDA targets; monitor financial performance.
• Oversee development and growth of the national commercial irrigation division.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Marketing to drive revenue opportunities.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Franchise Business Coaches and leaders.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
