Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Sales Consultant to own the designated market, prospect, nurture and convert opportunities to hit annual sales goals. You will build and implement a pipeline and articulate the brand value proposition, while networking to drive growth.

Responsibilities include CRM-driven pipeline management, developing due diligence presentations for brand leadership, and collaborating with shared services and growth teams to improve the sales funnel and franchise development

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in a sales/inside sales environment with emphasis on business development and or management consulting. Real Estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus.
• Experience reading and interpreting financial statements, problem solving and encouraging business deals strongly preferred.
• Confirmed capability of performing upbeat and multifaceted presentations both in person and virtual.
• Basic understanding of Sales CRM systems and MS Office

• Ownership of complete deal flow and sales cycle including prospecting, building and encouraging relationships, negotiation, and finalizing conversions.
• Meet/exceed annual quota targets through brand approved sales deal categories.
• Balance multiple deals through the sales cycle simultaneously.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, sales enablement and growth teams to achieve and improve effectiveness.
