Job summary

Rolling Suds is hiring a Franchise Development Qualifier to own the front of the organic funnel. You will greet prospects, build rapport, ask key questions, and decide if they fit to advance—then hand off to the Franchise Sales Director for next steps.

This remote role focuses on high-quality lead screening to ensure only qualified candidates proceed to the sales team. Training is provided; prior franchise experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Background in sales, recruiting, customer success, hospitality, coaching, or roles requiring rapid rapport building.
• Comfort handling a high volume of inbound conversations with disciplined follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Be the first responder to inbound organic leads with fast, warm, consistent follow-up.
• Conduct first-contact qualifying conversations to understand candidates' fit.
• Evaluate candidates against a clear standard to ensure consistent screening quality.
• Make advancement or decline calls and schedule next steps with Franchise Sales Director.
• Keep candidate statuses current in CRM (ClientTether) for team visibility.
• Track channel performance and share insights to improve lead generation.
• Represent Rolling Suds with professionalism, preparation, and honesty on every call.
