You will help MIG establish architecture, development standards, security practices, and integration strategies while coordinating with approved external development partners. The role focuses on leading technical direction, reviewing infrastructure, and ensuring security, reliability, and scalability across projects.

Qualifications

• Senior software eng with SaaS platform experience and cloud knowledge.
• Experience directing external development teams or vendors.
• Strong security and data-governance understanding for regulated tech.
• Excellent technical documentation and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to explain complex decisions to non-technical executives.
• Insurance/financial services or enterprise-integrations exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish technical architecture and development standards.
• Review infrastructure, integrations, APIs, data sources, and platform choices.
• Provide security, privacy, reliability, and scalability oversight.
• Evaluate scopes, timelines, budgets, and technical risks.
• Coordinate with external developers and technology partners.
• Review technical deliverables and documentation.
• Support enterprise demonstrations and technical discovery meetings.
• Develop technical roadmaps aligned with MIG's priorities.
• Help prepare MIG for enterprise, carrier, partner, and investor due diligence.
• Protect company intellectual property, credentials, data, and docs.
