Job summary

Performacentric is looking for a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technical strategy. This part-time role offers flexibility with 10-30 hours per week, primarily remote. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, software engineering, and DevOps practices, in addition to leadership capabilities.

You'll work hands-on to define technical roadmaps, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure cybersecurity compliance while collaborating with development teams to optimize solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, cloud, DevOps, or technical leadership.
• Prior experience as CTO or in a similar technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep familiarity with AWS or similar platforms.
• Experience managing Linux infrastructure and cloud-hosted apps.
