Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of teams.
• Experience translating business priorities into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, release management and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and provide direction to remove obstacles.
• Prioritize initiatives with stakeholders and develop realistic delivery plans.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure quality delivery.
• Review estimates and guide technical decision-making while avoiding primary hands-on work.
• Identify improvements to processes, efficiency, and engineering practices.
• Communicate status, risks, and forecasts to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to align efforts and resolve conflicts.
