Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking an Enterprise Systems Consultant to lead diligence and value-creation engagements across ERP, WMS, CRM, and related platforms. You will drive evidence-based assessments, identify control gaps, and deliver clear, investment-ready conclusions for buyers and management teams.

The role emphasizes rapid deal speed, practical roadmaps, and senior, hands-on leadership across cross-functional teams. This is a remote, contract role with international client engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise systems, IT operations, technology leadership, systems transformation, or transaction advisory.
• Experience leading multiple sell-side / buy-side assessments for PE, corporate M&A, or portfolio companies.
• Leadership across ERP, CRM, PSA, and warehouse systems; strong delivery experience in two areas at least.

Responsibilities

• Lead sell-side technology diligence and buy-side assessments, including evidence review, interviews, and remediation priorities.
• Evaluate ERP, WMS, CRM, and related processes; assess data quality, reporting, controls, and licensing.
• Develop practical post-close systems roadmaps and help select vendors or govern delivery.
• Translate findings into concise, investor-readable conclusions for management teams.
