Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, KPI, and dashboard experience.
• Proven results improving profitability, cash flow, or expenses.
• Experience advising solo professionals or small firms.
• Experience managing teams or client relationships.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain financials simply.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly 1:1 financial strategy calls with clients.
• Analyze financial statements, KPIs, profitability, and cash flow.
• Build and interpret financial dashboards for clients.
• Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts and identify risks.
• Coach clients toward stronger financial habits and accountability.
