How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm is seeking an experienced Fractional Controller to help solo law firm owners understand their numbers, improve profitability, and make smarter financial decisions. You’ll advise a roster of 40 clients as part of a Fractional Executive Team of CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Controllers.

Remote | Full-Time position with some evening availability and travel. Compensation from $110,000 to $145,000, reflecting base pay, roster-based earnings, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Controller or senior-level accounting/finance experience.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, KPI, and dashboard experience.
• Proven results improving profitability, cash flow, or expenses.
• Experience managing teams or client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financials simply.
• Small business or entrepreneurial experience strongly preferred.
• Professional services or law firm experience is a plus.

This is a remote position, but we can only hire candidates who reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WV.
