Jobgether is partnering with a client to hire a Fractional Head of Technology in the United States. This executive contract role focuses on transforming technology into a strategic business advantage within a growing solar supply chain environment.

You will assess current systems, drive a practical technology roadmap, and lead CRM optimization, AI automation, NetSuite/HubSpot work, and external providers to deliver measurable business value.

Qualificações

• Executive-level technology leadership experience.
• Proven success in optimizing CRM adoption and business systems.
• Experience with NetSuite/HubSpot and AI implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Set technology strategy and priorities; oversee delivery and budgets.
• Assess systems, processes, and AI opportunities in first 30 days.
• Improve CRM adoption, data quality, and workflow automation.
• Lead AI-enabled operational solutions and RFQ/workflow design.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and external providers.
• Establish governance, metrics, and accountability across teams.
