Go Fractional is seeking a Fractional / Contract Chief Technology Officer to finalize technical scope, oversee a development partner, and ensure delivery against budget and schedule. Qualifications

• Experience building or independently validating hierarchical Bayesian models with longitudinal or sequential updating.
• Senior technical leadership experience, preferably including fractional CTO engagements with founder-led companies.
• Experience refining software scopes and managing external development partners against defined budgets, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
• Healthcare software experience involving sensitive clinical data, secure architecture, interoperability, and clinical terminology.

Responsabilités

• Review product specs, assets, and partner scope; reconcile proposals with requirements.
• Define deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions, sequencing, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish milestones with owners, dates, thresholds, and evidence for acceptance.
• Assess feasibility including resources, data readiness, security, and dependencies.
• Maintain scope discipline and document changes with cost/schedule impact.
• Provide concise reporting on milestone status, budget exposure, and decisions.
• Oversee release readiness, repositories, infrastructure, and documentation.
