LumiMeds is seeking a Fractional Creative Strategist to shape our paid acquisition creative strategy. This senior, hands-on role focuses on direct-response creative, DTC performance marketing, consumer psychology, and testing across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.

You will work with founders, designers, editors, and content creators to decide what to create, why, how to test, and what to do next based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative strategy and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of DTC advertising and major paid channels.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable creative decisions.
• Excellent English with startup collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine performance creative strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and other paid channels.
• Identify new concepts, angles, hooks, offers, formats, and messaging opportunities based on data and trends.
• Translate business goals into clear creative priorities for designers, editors, copywriters, and content creators.
• Build actionable creative briefs with audience, insight, hook, message, format, CTA, and testing hypotheses.
• Ensure concepts are adapted for each platform and not just repurposed across channels.
• Maintain balance between proven winners and new directions.
