Lightly AG, a Zurich-based AI company, is seeking an experienced FP&A contractor to design and evaluate advanced financial tasks for AI systems. You will craft realistic budgeting scenarios, build reference models in Excel, and assess outputs for accuracy and business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with transparent formulas.
• Experience owning or supporting budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic FP&A tasks reflecting complex forecasting workflows.
• Develop financial models and reference solutions using Excel with documented assumptions.
• Create tasks involving budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning, and investments.
• Build integrated financial analyses including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial models for accuracy, completeness, and business relevance.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and unsupported conclusions in models.
• Write precise task instructions and concise executive explanations reflecting the analysis.
