Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to partner across functions, delivering analysis on overhead costs and capex to drive performance. This highly visible role emphasizes a People First culture and strong collaboration.

You will prepare reports, support budgeting/forecasting, analyze KPIs, and present insights to executives. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years FP&A experience are required; advanced Excel and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Financial systems experience preferred (Oracle’s Essbase).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounting system preferred.
• Strong FP&A analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Team player and independent worker.
• Transform raw data into actionable findings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Partner with department leaders to track spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track capex across units and align with budgeted plans.
• Prepare, review, and distribute financial reports to stakeholders.
• Support month-end close activities with accounting team.
• Ensure data integrity across financial systems.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasts.
• Analyze KPIs and provide insights on trends and risks.
• Assist in executive presentations and ad-hoc analyses.
• Develop financial models and improve reporting tools.
