Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis to help analyze data for forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis and strategic projects. You will support the FP&A Manager and senior management with routine analyses, financial packages, and narrative presentations.

Responsibilities include monthly close support, performance reviews, and development of modeling tools to drive decision making in a global services environment. Strong Excel/Workday skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college.
• 2–3 years of related P&L analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in an international professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate financial analyses and reports for management.
• Support monthly financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations for board and senior leadership.
• Use BI dashboards to derive insights and improve ROI.
