Job summary

Relevate Health is seeking a Project Accountant to join our FP&A team and own the financial health of your own business segment from day one. You will manage the project lifecycle from setup through revenue recognition, billing, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with account teams and leaders to align budgets, actuals, and profitability.

This role offers exposure to multiple business units, collaboration with finance, operations, and sales, and clear paths for growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and summarize large data sets.
• Basic project accounting experience and understanding of revenue recognition.
• Positive energy, collaborative attitude, and a can-do approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial lifecycle of projects from setup to invoicing.
• Prepare project reconciliations and review profitability and budget variances.
• Lead monthly revenue forecasting with account teams.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely invoicing.
• Review project scope, contracts, and pricing for alignment.
• Maintain accuracy of core project data in financial systems.
• Deliver burn, month-end, and audit reporting.
