Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise reporting, planning, and strategic finance initiatives. You will drive consolidation across geographies, develop executive dashboards, and partner with the CFO on investor reporting.

Exceptional leadership and SaaS financial acumen are essential. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while improving processes and data integrity across ERP integrations and Workday

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology-based organization.
Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and planning, including experience preparing materials for executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
Advanced experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar tools) and strong understanding of ERP and data integrations.
Deep knowledge of SaaS financial metrics, business models, and unit economics.
Demonstrated success managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end enterprise financial consolidation across all business units and geographies.
Develop, maintain, and automate standardized management reporting for executive visibility and forecasting.
Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics for insight generation.
Collaborate with Accounting to align on close processes and variance explanations.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for leadership and the Board.
Develop data-driven narratives and visuals communicating performance and strategic initiatives.
Partner with CFO on Board/Investor reporting calendar and ad-hoc analyses.
Support QBRs and investor updates with dashboards and performance summaries.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning enterprise-wide.
Establish growth metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) to support decision-making.
Provide strategic financial analysis and scenario modeling for growth opportunities.
Partner with functional leaders to drive performance and accountability.
Lead administration of Workday Adaptive Planning and related systems.
