Job summary

MyFitnessPal, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance & Accounting team. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions in a fast-paced consumer software environment.

You will partner with budget owners, build bottoms-up models, and maintain Workday Adaptive dashboards. The role requires 2–4 years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to report to C-Suite and department leaders with clear communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics; Masters/MBA/CPA a plus
• 2–4 years progressive FP&A, Business Analysis, or Corporate Accounting experience (consumer apps / SaaS preferred)
• Expert knowledge of financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance concepts; subscriptions business preferred
• Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint or Google Suite equivalents
• Detailed experience with ERP systems such as Workday Adaptive Insights for financial planning
• Ability to analyze and consolidate financial results for reporting to C-Suite and Department Leaders
• Self-starter with sound judgment and collaboration across functions
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting including quarterly forecast and Annual Operating Plan; partner with budget owners for bottoms-up detail across Revenue, COGS, SG&A, CapEx
• Be the subject matter expert in Workday Adaptive Insights and build/modify reporting and dashboards
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and GAAP alignment
• Create and present monthly/quarterly/annual results and support the Monthly Financial Review Process with leaders
• Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and provide ad hoc analyses
