RecruitMyMom is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join its expanding global finance function. This fully remote position operates from South Africa with UK hours (08:30–16:30 UK time) and SA shift variations. You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly management accounts across multiple entities.

You will drive close improvements, provide variance analysis to senior leaders, and advance automation in financial reporting. A dynamic, supportive team culture awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified accountant with CIMA/ACCA/CA(SA)/ACA.
• 3–5+ years in FP&A or related roles with multi-entity reporting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and Xero essential; experience with Syft Analytics or BI tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to non-financial stakeholders.
• Autonomous, ownership-driven, comfortable working across multiple systems.
• Experience in property/lettings/asset management is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own month-end close across multiple entities, producing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Drive process improvements to close the books by day 5.
• Provide variance analysis and clear commentary to senior leadership.
• Build rolling cash flow models and group budgets; track performance vs plans.
• Oversee reconciliations and accrual accounting; support statutory schedules.
• Enhance models and reporting with automation and AI.
• Mentor two UK-based Accounts Assistants and support the Credit Controller.
