Job summary

Affim is a remote-first company building its Bank FP&A function. Reporting to the Bank CFO, the Bank Head of FP&A will lead forecasting, budgets, financial modeling and capital stress testing as the Bank forms its foundation.

This role requires 8+ years of analytics experience, 5+ years of people management, and strong cross-functional partnership. USA base pay ranges are provided; visa sponsorship is not available. Benefits include equity rewards, stipends and comprehensive healthcare.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytical roles with impact on business outcomes.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong business judgment linking analysis to strategy.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Financial modeling proficiency; data visualization knowledge helpful.
• Familiarity with fintech, lending and payments models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank strategic finance team with direction and coaching.
• Oversee forecasting and budget process; align with goals.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models.
• Oversee capital stress testing and monitoring.
• Analyze performance and explain variances to leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives with P&L insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial workflows.
