DataRails is looking for a Customer Success professional to join their team. This is a 100% remote position based in the Eastern time zone. You will work closely with clients to streamline data processes and improve their financial planning.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles with strong Excel skills. Datarails offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, along with benefits including medical coverage and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer success or similar roles, with a finance or accounting background.
• Deep knowledge in advanced Excel functions including formulas, Vlookup, and Pivot Table.

Responsibilities

• Understand and simplify client data within the company's environment.
• Create business analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Manage data quality and customer care processes.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing procedures.
• Build long-term relationships with CFOs and finance directors.
