This remote role focuses on implementing add-on modules and collaborating with teams across the company to enhance customer experiences. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience, proficiency in Excel, and a background in finance or accounting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or similar roles.
• Finance or accounting background preferred.
• Ability to engage in professional conversations with executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with existing customers to design and implement additional products.
• Act as the technical expert on the product suite to unlock customer value.
• Advise customers on best practices for financial processes.
