Job summary

Jobgether, in partnership with a hiring company, seeks an FP&A Implementation Specialist based in the United States. This fully remote role focuses on implementing technology-driven financial processes for customers and optimizing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer success, consulting, or implementation with finance background.
• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, complex financial models.
• Strong financial knowledge: budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with senior finance stakeholders.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable recommendations.
• Spanish language proficiency is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement customers' financial processes and data structures in the platform.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting analyses.
• Validate customer data for accuracy and reliability.
• Recommend process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Build relationships with CFOs and Directors of Finance; gather requirements.
• Support customers in reporting and analytical tool development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges.
