APIS Services, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a remote, full-time team in New Jersey. You will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and BI initiatives across the organization, delivering accurate insights for leadership.

The role emphasizes data validation, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes. A strong Excel and BI skill set is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, reporting, or business analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience working with large data sets and multiple systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
• Prepare, analyze, and validate data used in monthly financial reporting.
• Assist with variance analysis and identification of key financial trends.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and operational performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Deliver timely, accurate reporting to leadership for decision making.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and reconcile data accordingly.
